Murder Hornet will only work with clients and service providers who foster and promote diversity in their businesses. We will not only welcome diverse candidates as we grow, but we will also actively seek them out and make working with them a priority.

Noel has spent his career focused on diversifying the ranks of advertising creatives through initiatives like The One Club Bootcamp, teaching at Morehouse College and hiring and helping prepare the next generation of diverse creative leaders.

We will be completely open and transparent and will publish our diversity numbers here going forwards.

After one year in business we are proud to say that over 70% of our talented Nest team are people of color and that we are partially woman-owned. Excited to up these ‘rookie numbers’ in year 2.
